Repairs

Repairs are a speciality at which we cannot be beat. Depending on our workload, we can usually accommodate your repair requests on a same-day basis. We charge a nominal fee to come to your residence to diagnose the problem. At that time, we provide you with a quotation. Because our trucks are so well equipped, we are usually able to do the work then and there, should you so desire.

A-1 Ocean Breeze, Inc., repair services include new ducting, air balancing*, compressor replacements, motors, fans and testing of electrical components. We also check heat exchangers. We check for safe and efficient operation of gas heaters and central HVAC systems, including proper functioning of your thermostat and the refrigerant levels.

* Air balancing corrects the problem of some rooms being hot and others too cold. We will achieve the most even temperatures possible throughout your home.

Maintenance

Ongoing system maintenance is the other major part of our service. This is available to anyone with any type of central air conditioning system. We offer you a prepaid service contract, which brings us out twice a year for the sole purpose of ensuring the safe and efficient operation of your system. When you have a service contract with us, there will be no more frantic calls at the start of either the summer or winter season. Clients with service contracts receive priority and preferred rates on repairs. Proper maintenance of your system can bring you real savings on your energy bills.

Installation

A-1 Ocean Breeze, Inc., installs only quality equipment to ensure client comfort and energy-efficient operation. Once you call us, our knowledgeable and friendly estimator will conduct a walk-through and advise you of needed capacity and tonnage for optimum year-round comfort. We also offer installation services for remodels and room additions. On complete installations with new ducting, air balancing is included. In most cases, we are ready to begin the work upon your authorization.

A-1 Ocean Breeze, Inc., offers you the option of air filtration equipment to ensure optimum air quality for you and your family.

• Air Filtration Systems - Media Air Cleaner

  This efficient air filtration system with media filter captures a significant amount of the air-borne particles circulated through the unit. It picks up dust, larger bacteria, fungi and plant spores, capturing particulate matter as small as 0.3 microns. It is an extremely low-maintenance system, normally requiring only periodic media filter replacement. This system is compatible with humidifiers.

• Electronic Air Cleaners

  These systems remove lightweight dust particles, bacteria, fungi, plant spores, mold spores, tobacco smoke, cat dander, ragweed pollen and animal hair from the air supply in your home.

• Ultraviolet Air Purifiers

  Ultraviolet air treatment systems help to purify the air and are intended to be used in conjunction with other air cleaners. They kill most germs before they can circulate through your home.

  Note: Many diseases have been traced to dirty HVAC equipment. Products which purify the air may help to reduce disease as well as symptoms of allergies and other respiratory problems.

• Humidification

  A-1 Ocean Breeze, Inc., will install and/or service humidifying systems. These units add moisture to the air in your home and contribute to comfort.
