Service to our commercial customers includes preventive maintenance and repair of air conditioning, heating, ventilation and refrigeration equipment. In addition, we are able to install new equipment if the need arises. A-1 Ocean Breeze, Inc., repair services include new ducting, repairs to existing duct work as well as relocation and air balancing. Repairs or replacement of motors, fans and testing of electrical components are services we provide. Our technicians assess condensation leaks and advise customers of appropriate solutions. We also check heat exchangers. Safe and efficient operation of gas heaters and central HVAC systems, including proper functioning of your thermostats are a priority.

With commercial refrigeration, there is no room for error -- everything must be fine-tuned to ensure quality product as well as proper operation and preservation of equipment.

Equipment Serviced

A-1 Ocean Breeze, Inc., works on a wide range of air conditioning systems, liquid chillers, boilers, heating, ventilation and exhaust systems. We provide services for commercial refrigeration, including commercial ice making equipment, refrigerated rooms (walk-ins), freezers, self-contained refrigeration equipment and refrigerated display cases.

Repairs are a speciality at which we cannot be beat. Depending on our workload, we can usually accommodate your repair requests on a same-day basis. We charge a nominal fee to come to your establishment to diagnose the problem. At that time, we provide you with a quotation. Because our trucks are so well equipped, we are usually able to do the work then and there, should you so desire.

A-1 Ocean Breeze, Inc., repair services include new ducting, air balancing*, compressor replacements, motors, fans and testing of electrical components. We also check heat exchangers. We check for safe and efficient operation of gas heaters and central HVAC systems, including proper functioning of your thermostat and the refrigerant levels.

* Air balancing corrects the problem of some rooms being hot and others too cold. We will achieve the most even temperatures possible throughout your home.

Important Notes - Preventive Maintenance
Please note that for commercial and industrial establishments, preventive maintenance is a must due to heavy and constant usage of the equipment. Often it is forgotten that the units in many commercial establishments run 365 days, 24-7 and they get tired. Also, dirt builds up and equipment will not work as efficiently; this situation could lead to the costly loss of energy efficiency and even to equipment failure and expensive repairs or replacement. During preventive maintenance, problems can be detected early.... before an emergency situation occurs. Preventive maintenance means lower power bills, less down time and decreased likelihood of spoilage.

A-1 Ocean Breeze, Inc., offers a Safety and Efficiency Agreement (SEA), a comprehensive preventive maintenance contract. This ensures scheduled on-site visits and promotes safety and efficiency of operations.
